Factor peak-hour performance into your route choice
A speed test only captures part of the picture at a given moment. Smooth playback also depends on your local network, service exit, and target platform. When watching shows from mainland China, try an IEPL route first; for everyday browsing, compare relay and direct routes. Test at the times you usually use the service, on the same device and with the same content. Compare loading, seeking, and sustained playback. Reconnect after switching routes so an existing session doesn’t skew the results. If all routes perform poorly, check your local network and then follow the Help Center troubleshooting steps instead of repeatedly changing plans.

Claude and Gemini: check supported regions first
Accessing AI tools and watching shows from mainland China require different route directions. Choose an international route for the service you want to use. Services such as Claude and Gemini may assess access based on account region, exit network, payment details, and their own policies. A successful connection does not guarantee that your account will work. Before connecting, confirm that the service is available in your target region and keep your access environment reasonably consistent. If the page loads but sign-in or chat fails, troubleshoot account messages separately from connection issues. VPNBig provides routes for cross-border access; it does not replace third-party accounts, subscriptions, or service permissions, and cannot guarantee that every platform will accept the same exit route.

7-day refund policy: test your usual use cases first
VPNBig offers a 7-day refund policy. Once you start using the service, check it against your actual needs: confirm that your usual devices are set up, apps in mainland China open as expected, and your chosen routes work during your usual viewing hours. Don’t base a long-term decision on a single speed test, and there’s no need to test every region. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order and your request. If you’re also reporting a connection issue, include your operating system, client message, and the service you were trying to access. Redact passwords and subscription details before submitting. See the terms of service for eligibility and processing rules.

Coverage across 110+ countries and 250+ routes. Find route-selection tips for popular departure locations below; check the user panel for currently available routes.
City names describe departure scenarios; they do not guarantee access to a target platform’s regional content. Accessing video services in mainland China from Los Angeles requires a different route direction from using international streaming services. First confirm the content’s region, then check the route details in your client and verify with the service itself. Geographic distance, route type, and exit region are separate factors; don’t judge by just one.
An IEPL route is worth trying first for longer viewing sessions. Compare relay routes for everyday browsing, and choose direct routes based on your local network. The table below offers general route-selection guidance; it is not a list of routes guaranteed to be available in each city, nor a promise that specific content will work. If a platform reports a region mismatch, check your account region, app cache, and subscription permissions.
| Country / region | City | Route type guide | Streaming compatibility checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | For viewing from mainland China, compare IEPL routes first | Check the target platform and account region |
| United States | Los Angeles | Compare IEPL and relay routes at your usual viewing times | Go by actual playback results |
| Singapore | Singapore | Compare relay routes for everyday browsing | Check the content library and subscription permissions |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | First distinguish access to mainland China from international access | City names alone aren’t enough to choose a route |
| Italy | Milan | Compare available routes against your local network | Check each target service |
Monthly plans & data packs
Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs work well for occasional access. Consider your usage habits and choose a data allowance that fits. The number of devices is not a plan differentiator.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for regular use of apps and websites in mainland China, with occasional video. Track your data use after getting started to see whether you need a larger monthly allowance.
- 60GB per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18 / month
A good fit for frequent video streaming from mainland China and switching between devices. Video quality, viewing time, and background tasks all affect data use, so check your usage in the panel.
- 250GB per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28 / month
A good fit for alternating between streaming, remote work, and file transfers. A larger data allowance does not mean higher speeds; performance still depends on your route and local network.
- 500GB per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Irregular use? Consider a data pack
Data packs: ¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB. Use the data as needed; it never expires. Unlike monthly plans, which reset each month, data packs suit occasional access and gradual use. Choose based on your usage patterns, not just the upfront price. See the panel for details on how each option is displayed and managed.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before placing an order, check the selected plan, billing method, and data allowance. After payment, return to the panel to check your order and subscription status, then import the subscription into your client. If the status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and contact support by ticket rather than repeating the payment.

Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use a unique password and store your login details securely. Your account and client subscription serve different purposes: use the account to manage orders and services, and the subscription to connect through a client. Don’t share either publicly. To get a client, visit the relevant platform page in the user panel and avoid installers from unknown sources.
How many devices can be connected at once?
There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Configure each device for its operating system, keeping in mind that your plan’s data allowance still applies. When troubleshooting, verify the connection on your primary device first, then check the others. If only one device has an issue, compare its client settings, local network, and routing rules before changing your account or plan.
Can I use the same route for services in mainland China and international websites?
First identify the direction you need for the target service; the city name alone isn’t enough. Routes for mainland China are intended for video services and apps there. For international websites, check the international route’s exit region and the target service’s regional requirements. Streaming platforms may also check your account, subscription, and content rights. A successful connection does not guarantee access to every content library. If you see a region warning, read the streaming guide and troubleshoot based on the cause.
How does data work on monthly plans versus data packs?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data pack data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Before choosing, consider how often you access the service and how much video you watch. Device count is not the same as data allowance, and a larger allowance is not a speed guarantee.
How do I request a refund or get help with connection issues?
VPNBig offers a 7-day refund policy; see the terms of service for application rules. For connection issues, first check your subscription status, import result, access direction, and local network using the Help Center. If you still need help, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket. Include your platform, the service you’re trying to access, and any error message. Redact passwords, payment details, and subscription information before sharing screenshots.
